Courses We Offer

Mini Ballet (Ages 3-5, once a week)
:
Focus on basic ballet steps and positions, enhancing motor skills, coordination, and rhythm through fun exercises, storytelling, and creative movement. Children will learn to express themselves through dance while developing social skills and a love for ballet.
- Ballet I (Ages 6-8, twice a week)
:
Ballet I introduces more structured ballet techniques and terminology. The children will engage in barre work, center floor exercises, and creative dance activities. This class aims to improve coordination, balance, and flexibility while fostering a joyful and imaginative approach to ballet.

Ballet II (Ages 8-10, twice a week)
:
Designed for young dancers to develop a solid foundation in ballet technique. The class includes basic barre exercises, center work, and across-the-floor progressions.

Kids Ballet Focus (Ages 7-11, 3-4 times a week)
:
A structured progression of classes that includes advanced barre exercises, center work, jumps, ballet gymnastics, and across-the-floor combinations. The emphasis is on perfecting technique, enhancing artistic expression, and preparing for pointe work.

Advanced Ballet Class (Ages 9-16, 5-6 times a week)
:
For students with extensive prior ballet experience: complex barre and center work, jumps, and point work. Emphasis is placed on technical precision, artistry, and performance skills. These classes prepare students for professional-level training and performances.

Teen Ballet (Ages 13-26, 2-3 times a week)
:
For students with prior ballet experience, this course offers intricate barre and center exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and pointe work. The focus is on achieving technical accuracy, artistic expression, and performance skills.

- Character Dance:
Introduces students to stylized dance forms based on national and folk dances from different cultures.
- Contemporary:
The course combines the precision and technique of classical ballet with the fluidity and expressiveness of modern dance styles, emphasizing innovative movement, improvisation, and creative exploration.
- Theater Classes:
These classes are designed for dancers who require repertoire, competition, and professional preparation.
- Adult Ballet Classes:
Cater to beginners and experienced dancers alike. Students will improve their posture, flexibility, and strength while enjoying the elegance and discipline of ballet.
- Pas de Deux:
Pas de Deux classes focus on the art of partnering in ballet.
- Stretching:
Classes designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall physical conditioning – essential for all dancers and athletes.

- Male Focus Classes:
Male Classes cater to the unique needs of male dancers, focusing on strength, jumps, and turns. These classes emphasize the development of power, agility, and technical precision. Male dancers will also work on partnering skills and performance techniques tailored to their roles in classical and contemporary ballet.
- Personal Ballet Classes:
Ideal for dancers seeking to refine their technique or address specific challenges, preparing for auditions, competitions, and performances, and improves their overall professional level.
- Ballet for Athletes:
This course is designed for competitive gymnasts, figure skaters, and athletes from other sports that include a dance or aesthetic component. Through targeted ballet training, participants improve their posture, movement quality, and artistic expressiveness.
- Summer Intensive Programs:
